At Royal Decor Studio, we carefully create and package every order to ensure it reaches you safely. As many of our products are customized or made-to-order, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different products.
To request a return or replacement, please contact Royal Decor Studio within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide further instructions.
Customized, personalized, made-to-order and engraved products are generally non-returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To process a return or replacement request, we may require your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your return or replacement request and review the provided information, we will notify you about the outcome. If the request is approved, we will provide the applicable refund or replacement as per our policy.
Exchanges
If an eligible product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the order, Royal Decor Studio may provide a replacement after reviewing the issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Shipping returns
For approved returns, Royal Decor Studio will provide the return instructions and return address after reviewing the request. Please do not send any product back without receiving confirmation from us first.
For returns caused by a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product, Royal Decor Studio will review the case and inform you about the applicable return shipping arrangements. For other return requests, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
